In Person Coaching
I offer In Person Coaching at four different locations, Snap Fitness Wanaka, Riverside Park Community Facility, Peninsula Bay Community Facility and your home!
In Person coaching is the best way to stay accountable, train efficiently, and get the most support towards your goals. I will be with you every step of the way, not just in our sessions but through my training app.
My app allows us to communicate regularly so you feel supported, and so you can also train without me, helping you gain more confidence and independance, which will ultimately lead to life long changes.
I’m not about quick fixes. I want all my clients to feel educated in why they are training the way they are training, how we are working towards their goals, and how to continue with improving their health and performance well into the future.
I offer FREE 30 minute consults for all potential clients, personal training is at it’s very core personal! And I want you to feel you have picked the right trainer for you and your goals.
I also offer small group training for groups of 2-3 people which can be a great way to stay accountable by training with friends and family (and reduce the cost!)
How Much Do I Charge?
I believe the start of a great client-trainer relationship is trust and transparancy and that is why I will never hide my prices. However as I offer many different services, I have quite a detailed price list! To find out more fill out my enquiry form and I will email over my price lists.
But to give you a bit of an idea…
My In-Person coaching options range from $30-90 per session per person and online coaching starts from $40 p/week.
